Fort Collins

— 5 nights
Called vibrant, eclectic and authentic, Fort Collins tops “best of” lists year after year thanks to its myriad of cultural opportunities.
Take a break from the city and head to Pineridge Natural Area and Emerald Lake Trail. Appreciate the collections at Global Village Museum of Arts and Cultures and Gregory Allicar Museum of Art at Colorado State University. You'll find plenty of places to visit near Fort Collins: Rocky Mountain National Park (Sheep Lakes, Many Parks Curve Overlook, &more) and Allenspark (Chapel on the Rock & Eagle Plume Trading Post). There's lots more to do: wander the streets of Jessup Farm Artisan Village, see the interesting displays at The Farm at Lee Martinez Park, contemplate the waterfront views at Reservoir Ridge Natural Area, and take an in-depth tour of Totally 80's Pizza & Museum.

To see more things to do, maps, photos, and other tourist information, refer to the Fort Collins trip planner.

Expect a daytime high around 57°F in March, and nighttime lows around 28°F. Wrap up your sightseeing on the 11th (Thu) to allow time to travel back home.
